La beauté à Paris.

As I'm currently on exchange in France I did what any fashion starved exchange student would do and went to Paris for 'Paris village de noël' on the Champs-élysées. Shoppers paradise.
So I got up with some friends from uni and at 5am we wrapped up warm; me in my Topshop high-waisted jeans, Zara roll neck jumper and my new Zara fur trimmed coatigan. Packed my Longchamp rucksack, and threw in my H&M patterned shopper for purchases, and off we trudged to Gare to get our train. We did all the normal tourist sights first, La Tour Eiffle, Sacré-Cœur, Galerie Lafayette, The original Chanel store and Coco Chanel's apartment...and then onto the Champs-Élysées for our dose of Christmas.
During our sight seeing one of the girls lost a very important round of "Odds are/What are the odds" and had to spend the majority of the day sporting, very fetching and fitting head ware...

It was beautiful and very Christmassy; even if it's a little early for Christmas!
We started at Laudree with our macaroons to keep us going and worked our way down towards the Ferris wheel through the 'village de noël'.
Sarah got a little excited about her macaroons.
This was where Christmas began...
We took a detour through the rammed but recently renovated Disney Store first, which had a queue out the door for Elsa dresses and other Frozen merchandise.
But continuing down to the Christmas market, we began to feel really Christmassy with masses of people doing the same. The market catered to everyone...with a separate food and drink market
With a champagne stool for the Crème de la crème (those seeking the best).
An Artists market
Ice skating rink

And rides it really appealed to all!

This cute, not so little, Christmas market is 100% one to visit, if you would like to see Paris at the same time and rub shoulders with people that just lay their Chanel 2.5 on the pavement-What a travesty! It caters to everyone and you can even pick up some cute individual Christmas presents; I know I did!
